Funded Proposal? What's that? You mean you've never heard of the idea of having someone pay you to become your prospect? Well then, this is big and important news. If you only read one piece of information today, let it be this. It will revolutionize the way you do business as a network marketer.
The concept of funded proposals isn't terribly complicated, but it is tremendously effective.

You’re probably familiar with the process of lead generation and creating a “lead magnet”.
You create something of value for your target market (e.g. a video training or special report) in exchange for your prospect’s email, name and possibly phone number. This is a great start, but the funded proposal concept takes this a step further.
Once your prospect has opted-in, and consumed the free information, they will then be given the chance to purchase a low cost information product from which you will receive an affiliate commission. This product will be a logical continuation to the free information they have just consumed.
The Funded Proposal Concept Explained…
For example; you may give away a free 20 minute video training or a FREE 10 Day Recruiting Boot Camp that explains the basics of generating leads on Facebook. The info-product you offer will be a more detailed home study course on Facebook marketing and sells for $47. You receive a 50% - 100% commission for each sale.
There is a much higher chance that your prospects will be open to buying an inexpensive product that can help them, rather than actually joining your network marketing business opportunity. It’s a much smaller commitment.
An Network Marketing Funded Proposal System helps solve two of the major problems that network marketers commonly face when building their businesses:
It acts as a high quality lead generator
It generates a significant upfront income, which helps to cover the cost of your marketing.
This strategy can be very effective for your network marketing business because the leads that you generate are going to be highly qualified. They have spent money on a product within your niche and therefore will be much more open to taking a good look at your MLM opportunity.
The reality is that 90% of the leads you generate for your Network Marketing Business will not actually end up joining your opportunity. Dedicated network marketers always crave information and training on how to build a successful business, and they are willing to pay money for it. A funded proposal allows you to earn money from that 90%.
Of course, a network marketing organization can take some time to build. It may take weeks, or months, before a significant income is generated. The Mechanics of a Network Marketing Funded Proposal System:
Promote an affiliate product that will create a profit of $30 or more per sale.
Send 1,000 visitors to the lead capture page, acquire their name and email, and then redirect them to the affiliate offer.
Out of those 1,000 people, 300 of which have provided you their name and email where you now have 300 leads.
With those 300 leads that were directed to the affiliate sales page, 2% of them purchase the product. This is 6 sales, with a value of $30 for you, giving a total of $180.
If you paid $.40 per click then the total cost you spent for your traffic is $400.
You were able to recoup $180 from that $400 so it only cost you $220 in order to generate those 300 leads.
Therefore, the money you spent is ($220/300 leads) which gives you a $.70 per lead.
You now have 300 targeted prospects waiting to be offered your products and your MLM business opportunity.
You can easily recoup the remaining $220 expense during the upcoming weeks/months by recommending similar affiliate products.
This process easily makes your business grow and run on autopilot.
Don’t worry too much if this all sounds like a lot of technical work. There are some excellent funded proposal systems available which take care of a lot of the headaches associated with setting one up.
