Teachers are a seriously under-appreciated demographic, and some of their strengths and challenges they face in life make them exceptional at succeeding in their own Home Based Business.

While I’m not a Teacher, per-se, my parents were, and I got a first hand look at the daily work life of Teachers.

As a group, Teachers have some unique challenges they deal with constantly:

• Low pay
• Pressure from Administrations
• Parents who just want their kids to graduate
• Kids who just DON’T CARE

And as we’ve seen in the Great Recession, the ‘holy grail’ of working 40 years and retiring with a good pension and benefits is NOT guaranteed.  Many States have cut jobs and benefits and retirement pay, making everything a Teacher may have held out for, not to be all they imagined it to be!

However, while there are bad teachers – teachers just going through the motions until they retire, or teachers who just aren’t any good, or don’t care about the kids – most teachers got into teaching to help.  The personal satisfaction they get from helping the students, see them grow, see them “get it” and get excited about a new topic.

It can make all the stress worth it!

But over time, many teachers have their optimism and desire to help change the world worn down, almost beat out of them!

But those traits:

• Teaching
• Giving
• Desire to Help others succeed.

These are the Exact traits that make Teachers perfect for their own Home Based Business!

Success in Network Marketing comes down to how many people you HELP achieve their dreams!

Many teachers find their passion can be re-kindled, and they can reach out, help and changes people’s lives through their own Home Based Network Marketing business!
